Here we tell you, in plain words, what data we use when you visit Kenzaverse, when you join or use the app, why we use it and what you can ask us.
Want to change your cookie choice? You can do it here, anytime.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Sintonia Agency di Ursolino Nazario, Via Salvatore Attianese 3, 84010 Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino (SA), Italy, VAT number IT05956230659. Kenzaverse is Kenza's lesson platform, built and run with Sintonia Agency. For any privacy question, or to use your rights, write to us at [email protected].
When you visit the site
The site and the members' area run on Kajabi, which, like any online service, records some technical data: IP address, browser, page visited, time. This keeps the site working and protects it. The site's fonts come from Google Fonts: to download them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. In the members' area, if you choose a language other than English, the translation comes from Google Translate, which also connects your browser to Google.
We count visits with our own counter: it records the page, the site you came from, the campaign, the screen width and the language. It doesn't record your IP address, doesn't use cookies and doesn't recognise you from one visit to the next.
Google Analytics (statistics) and the Meta pixel (ads on Instagram and Facebook) only start if you accept them in the cookie notice. You can change your mind anytime with the "Cookie settings" button on this page.
When you ask for a free lesson or a guide
We ask for your name and email to send you what you asked for. By filling in the form you also agree to receive our emails about Kenzaverse: every email has a link to stop them, and from that moment we don't write to you.
To understand which content brought you to us, we save on our server a code derived from your email: on its own it doesn't show the address, but by law it is still personal data. Next to it we keep only the campaign or the video you came from.
When you join
For your access we use your name, email and password (the password is stored encrypted and nobody can read it). We keep track of your plan, the lessons you watch and complete, the comments you write in the community and the lessons you save as favourites.
Payment goes through a specialised provider: your card details never reach us.
Each account can be used on two devices at a time. To enforce this, our server records your account code, a random device code and the browser type. It doesn't record your name.
When you watch a lesson
Lessons are hosted on Wistia, through Kajabi. Some videos on our pages are hosted on Vimeo, others on our own server. The service showing the video receives your IP address, device and browser data, and what you watch.
What Kenza sees
Kenza teaches on Kenzaverse: she sees the comments in the community, the messages in the WhatsApp group and, if you have PRO, the videos and messages you send her for coaching. She uses them only to teach you and reply to you.
When you write to us
If you comment on one of our Instagram posts with the given word, ManyChat sends you the link in a private message: to do this it uses your username and your message. On WhatsApp we reply to you for support; if you have PRO, the videos and messages you send Kenza are used only to give you her feedback.
In the app
The app shows the same site and the same account: the same rules on this page apply. Your language and sound preferences stay saved on your phone. The app uses vibration for taps and doesn't ask for access to your camera, microphone, contacts or location. To attach a photo or a video in the community, you pick the file yourself. In the app there is no Google Analytics and no Meta pixel.
Cookies
The site uses Kajabi's technical cookies to keep you logged in and remember your choices, and the Wistia and Vimeo video players use their own cookies to work: without these the site doesn't work, so we don't ask your permission. The Google Analytics and Meta pixel cookies, instead, only start after your yes in the notice, and you can withdraw it anytime.
Why we're allowed to do this
For membership and lessons, because they're needed to give you what you bought (contract). For site security and the device limit, for our legitimate interest. For invoicing, because the law requires it. For emails about Kenzaverse, on the consent you give us by filling in the form. For statistics and advertising, only with the consent you give us in the cookie notice. To understand which content brought you to us, for our legitimate interest.
How long we keep it
Your account data stays as long as you're a member, and then for the time needed to settle any open matters. Invoicing data is kept for ten years, as Italian law requires. The name and email of people who only asked for a free lesson or a guide stay until you unsubscribe from our emails. The code derived from your email is kept for two years at most. The device log is deleted after 90 days. The visit counter contains no personal data.
Who else sees it
Besides Kenza, only the providers we need to run Kenzaverse, each for its own part: Kajabi (site, account, lessons, community, emails), Wistia and Vimeo (videos), the payment provider, SiteGround (our server), Google (fonts, translation and, if you accept, statistics), Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp and, if you accept, the pixel), ManyChat (Instagram messages). Some are based outside the European Union, for example in the United States: these transfers happen with the safeguards set by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask us to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, receive a copy or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. If you think we're misusing it, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Deleting your account
To delete your account and the data linked to it, write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". Within 30 days we delete your account, progress, favourites and device log, and we write to you when it's done. Only the invoicing data the law requires us to keep for ten years remains. If you have an active subscription, we cancel it first, so you're not charged anything more.
Privacy e cookie
Ultimo aggiornamento: 9 ottobre 2026
Qui ti diciamo, in parole semplici, quali dati usiamo quando visiti Kenzaverse, quando ti iscrivi o usi l'app, perché li usiamo e cosa puoi chiederci.
Vuoi cambiare la tua scelta sui cookie? Puoi farlo qui, quando vuoi.
Chi tratta i tuoi dati
I tuoi diritti
